Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Inkwave you agree to these terms. If you use Inkwave on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

3. Your content and audience

You keep ownership of the content you publish and of your subscriber list. You grant Inkwave a limited license to host, display and deliver your content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for having consent to email your subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

• No spam, purchased lists or unsolicited bulk email.
• No illegal, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful content.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or put deliverability at risk.

5. Plans, payments and payouts

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled; see pricing. Paid-subscription and ad network earnings are paid out according to the terms shown in your dashboard, less applicable fees.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time and export your subscriber list beforehand. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Inkwave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
